Return Period
We accept return requests within 14 days after the customer receives the product.

Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

• Unused and in its original condition.
• In the original packaging, where possible.
• Complete with all accessories and parts.
• Accompanied by proof of purchase or the order number.

Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or with missing parts, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photos or videos showing the issue. We will review the case and provide an appropriate solution, such as replacement, spare parts, or a refund.

Return Shipping
For returns due to a change of mind or personal preference, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping costs.
For products that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us before returning the product so that we can determine the appropriate return shipping arrangement.

Refunds
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional processing time depending on your payment provider.

Non-Returnable Items
Products that have been used, damaged through improper use, modified, or are missing parts may not be eligible for a refund.

Important Notice for Large Fitness Equipment
Large and heavy fitness equipment is generally shipped by sea freight, and delivery usually takes approximately 40–60 days, depending on the destination, shipping route, customs clearance, and local delivery conditions. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
